Over the past 10 years working as a landscape designer, I've gained extensive knowledge working with landscapes in Chicagoland. In my projects I use a refined palate of tried and true perennials, shrubs, and trees that thrive in the Midwest soils. I'm an expert in selecting the right plants for the site conditions—whether it is shade, sun, sandy or wet soils. In addition to selecting the right plants for the site, my philosophy to laying out the landscape takes into account how the plants will grow and mature over time in the space, as well as the seasonality of the blooms & foliage textures. The photos below illustrate my established designs two to six years after installation.
